(Senior) Manager - Digital Solutions (m/f/x)

Locations: Leipzig, Berlin, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt (Main), Hamburg, Hannover, Cologne, Munich and Stuttgart.

Your impact:

As (Senior) Manager- Digital Solutions (m/f/x) you will advise our clients and apply digital technologies and implementation methodologies in driving customer transformation through a disciplined approach, which enables continuous evolution, innovation and operation of their customer facing digital platforms & solutions.

  • Network: You will be a trusted advisor to our Clients in the Customer & Marketing technology domain and built lasting business relationships with their Sponsors and Leadership.
  • Projects: You will manage and deliver client engagements covering implementation, operations, continuous enhancements and innovation of digital technology platforms at scale.
  • Clients: You will organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process as well as contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies including creative deal constructs to include IT /Business Operations.
  • Leadership: You will provide input and guidance into the staffing process, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities as well as provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
  • Development: You will lead firm initiatives in building Tools, Accelerators & Pre-configured solutions, support in people development activities such as training, upskilling, certifications, etc.

Your skillset:

  • University degree in computer science, information systems or other technology-related field
  • Around 10+ years of experience in consulting with a track record of managing large-scale full life cycle implementations and operations of digital customer platforms such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Adobe and other SAAS platforms
  • Sound knowledge in SDLC methodologies including Agile, SCRUM, Scaled Agile and also ITIL with experience in managing multicultural and globally distributed teams is a big plus
  • Experience in business development activities such as pursuit management, proposal preparation, pricing model preparation, presentations to clients together with experiences in managing Operate KPIs such as SLAs, productivity gains, cost reductions, agile KPIs, etc.
  • Willingness to travel , excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and German
