(Senior) Manager (m/w/d) HR Transformation - Workforce Planning & Analytics

Our HR Transformation professionals work with clients to clearly define, structure, and implement HR solutions regarding Strategy & Workforce Transformation, Operating Model & Organization, Service Delivery Model incl. Shared Services, Digitalization as well as HR Technology and HR in the Cloud for their future talent needs. We create a uniform, high quality, cost-effective HR service model, powered by technological capabilities in order to optimise business alignment and performance.

We are looking for exceptional talents to strengthen our teams in Berlin, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Hannover, Frankfurt, Munich and Stuttgart

How you will make an impact

  • Consult national and international clients in the strategic and conceptual optimization of their HR operations
  • Conceptualization and accompaniment of the technical implementation and establishment of HR reporting/analytics solutions within organizations
  • Conceptualization and implementation of advanced HR analytics projects
  • Leading client relationships and managing key stakeholders as well as the management and coaching of junior staff
  • Further development of the technical content and advisory tools of our existing HR transformation offerings
  • Acquisition of new engagements in Workforce Planning & Analytics

Your strengths

  • You have successfully graduated from university with an above-average degree, preferably with a focus on economics and/or HR management, alternatively in business psychology, mathematics, physics and/or statistics
  • You have at least 6 years of work experience with a leading consulting firm or in project work in HR controlling and/or HR analytics
  • You have comprehensive experience in advanced HR analytics (descriptive and inferential statistics) and the use of statistical analysis software (e.g. R, SPSS) and you also have very good knowledge of IT-systems, especially business intelligence, reporting solutions, HR analytics and cloud-based HR applications as well as MS Office
  • You have knowledge of HR operating models, experience with HR transformations and extensive knowledge of trends and competitive strategies
  • You are mobile and able to travel and also have excellent presentation and communications skills in both English and German
  • You are able to build up strong relationships with both the clients and project teams that will contribute to your growth and development. In addition to that you are able to think and act like an entrepreneur and like to think analytical, you are a problem-solver and team-orientated
  • You actively seek out challenges and opportunities for personal development and feel responsible for your own and your team’s success
